Very useful product which saves loads off Admin Costs

Forsa is extremely user-friendly, it's easy to add new products from all over Europe (and beyond) without having any specific knowledge of shipping rates or tariffs! I think that their customer service could be improved - sometimes there are delays in getting replies back when you contact them via email for support queries/issues etc., but rest assured they do listen very carefully at every stage until your issue has been resolved :) We've only used this software so far with our own EUโ€ฆ

  • I like that it is easy to use and it is accessible with a computer or with a kindle
Cons
  • I dislike that I have to click a lot to find information
