We are a busy startup that is doing a lot of different things - including a medical clinic, ecommerce site, blog, app, etc.

We're a busy startup that is doing a lot of different things - including a medical clinic, ecommerce site, blog, app, etc. It was hard to find people who understood us well enough to give us honest feedback about how to improve our products. We were looking for a consultant to help us launch our new ecommerce store. The website went live last week and has already received great reviews! The consultants really helped us see what worked and what didn't so that we could make the right decisions…

Pros
  • She gave us great advice for improving our site
  • We knew she wouldn't steer us wrong when giving us feedback about our site
Cons
  • Didn't spend enough time on our project
  • The amount of money she charged us seemed a little high compared to her peers.
