Valve is junk: my feedback

I got this to replace an old 1947 version shower equipment. All installed and no leaks. selector knob is now almost seized up and will not turn. I may have to try and rebuild the knob after only 1 month of use! I would not buy this setup.

Somethings not right - New water hammer after install

Contractor & plumbers (2 different) have not been able to determine why a water hammer was introduced to our plumbing after this was installed. Installation manual gives a lifetime guarantee but no number to call. HELP!
