Quality issues abound

While the pieces were made well and puzzle dust was low, this puzzle had SEVEN missing pieces as well as one duplicate (corner) piece.
I share this in hopes that the quality assurance feedback makes its way back to the manufacturers, as this would have been amazing if not for the missing and duplicate prices.
