Terrible Product, Terrible Company

I bought this product and they refused to provide me with any customer service. I left messages on their machine letting them know that the lock was malfunctioning, not locking and I live in a city so was trapped at home until the issue was resolved. I let them know that my area was not safe and it was incredibly dangerous to leave my door unlocked when I went to work therefore not an option. I left over half a dozen messages pleading for assistance, each time I received their snotty voicemail basically saying figure it out yourself. Not once did anyone attempt to call me back because I hadn't followed their tedious protocol. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE GARBAGE. JUST LIKE THEIR PRODUCTS.
