Ordered size 11 for baby. She's about 10 now but I know she's growing fast. The order arrived within 14 days. This is a bright, eye-catching shoe that looks great under a perhaps no less brilliant dress. Think of it as the equivalent of costume jewelry. My daughter treats the shoes like little quirks, turns in and out, then her feet grow etc. So it's not a "casual" shoe for her that has to be standing to play.
