I bought this for the Hard Head Veterans ATE bump helmet I recently acquired, and while it doesn't fit as tightly as the one they sell, for less than a third of the price it works well enough! There are a few small areas where the material folds up a little, but it's barely noticeable and it doesn't affect the cover at all. It does take a little effort to get the sides in place as there is Velcro inside to help it fit to the helmet; but it is easy to simply slide your hand underneath to adjust it.Overall, I think it's a great cover and will protect the helmet as well as the "factory" one. Plus, it looks great!
